Original Design

You’ll find the door & window alarm labeled as a “Body Alarm.” That’s because it was originally designed to serve two purposes. One was to be worn on the belt with a clip attaching to a belt loop. If anyone bothered you while walking or jogging, just pull the cord and the alarm goes off. It also comes with a special prong with a wire and pin to be used as a door alarm. This prongs fit in the opening between the door and the doorjamb. Inside is a normally closed switch, that when the prongs open (caused by someone opening the door) the alarm sounds.
