Perfect September 24, 2024 Reviewer: E.B   I bought this phone for my grandfather, who has dementia, and it's very user-friendly for him. I activated the photo call button, so he just needs to press the picture of the loved one he wants to call. Since he struggles with using cellphones and regular landlines now, this setup is ideal and much simpler for him.

Easy phone for Dementia patient May 9, 2024 Reviewer: Melanie Ritenour from Grove City, PA United States   My dad is in a memory care unit and this phone is perfect for him.  He just pushes a button with the picture on it and calls his family.  He was struggling to dial numbers and was accidently calling people.  This phone only lets him call the people that are pictured on the keys so it solves the misdialing problem.  Since he doesn't need a 911 option, it is perfect.  He can hear well when we call him and can call us when he wants.  We are very happy with this phone.

Have tried several times to reach Customer Service only to get voicemail-have left 2 messages. What We Needed When We Needed February 6, 2024 Reviewer: JL from St. Louis, MO United States   MIL just moved to a residential center.  Worsening Alzheimer's has made her cellphone impractical.  This phone works well for her.  Online shopping and purchase were easy.

We have not hooked it up yet because it is a Christmas present. I love the ALZ store. So many wonderful things for people with memory loss. I bought him the simple TV remote last year and no more messed up TV.
