An Antidote to the Pandemic October 29, 2020 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Charlotte, NC United States   Due to the pandemic, my 96 year old mother has been stuck in our home since March 2020.  I am always looking for new ways to entertain her.  She enjoys sitting in our sunroom "reading" this book and looking at the beautiful illustrations.  The CNA who serves as my mother's twice a week companion enjoys using the book as an icebreaker.

A Walk in the Garden Large Print August 20, 2020 Reviewer: Anonymous Person   I ordered this book and also the hymn book. I like the hymn book better because it had real photos. I was hoping for real photos in this book as well, but, instead, there are very nicely rendered artist interpretations of the flowers. The print is large. The wording is lovely and appopriate. The book opens up to lie flat so that two people could look at it together. I just think my mother would have enjoyed it more had she been able to see the real-life examples of the flowers she loved to tend.

Beautiful book! August 16, 2019 Reviewer: Tonyia from Hillsborough, NJ United States   I gave this book to my father-in-law for his 95th birthday. With Alzheimer's disease, , he is unable to communicate and he readsv extremely slow. Now he has a book big enough so he can look at the words and have some one to read them with him. The books are nicely illustrated with large pictures.  He attempted to name a few flowers, but mostly enjoys looking at the pictures.
