At first I thought the cat should do more then realized dementia and Alzheimer's patients don't remember long enough to realize that it is slow.  My sister has a sever TBI and appears to have dementia or Alzheimer's, hard to tell when there has already been years of damage.
So, I have to say what a comfort the cat is to her.  Well worth the money and I highly recommend the product

A family friend with mild memory loss recently found herself in rehab and now assisted living. I figured she was missing her dog so I bought her the golden robotic dog. She instantly took to the dog and named it Irene.

My sister has recently been placed in a nursing home due to Alzheimer. She is very lost right now and does not know why she is there and not in her home. I wanted to find her a companion to keep her company and have someone to talk to and care for, I am hoping It will help .
