Super easy to find the right type of battery needed. Just searched name of med dispenser. Batteries were shipped with extra padding so they arrived in perfect shape.

Needed a new back up battery for the wonderful Automatic Medication Dispenser. Battery was going 2 1/2 years old. Called customer service and they recommended a replacement due to the several long power outages in my aunts area. Wonderful customer help.
